Be The One was founded by Mary Beth Osowski after her and her husband’s second adoption.
“We have adopted both domestically and internationally and were blessed to have others financially and prayerfully support us.
"I felt God calling me to start an organization which would help others who are adopting by providing financial assistance.”
The Board of Be The One consists of other parents who have also adopted from the U.S. and abroad.
Be The One Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization. All contributions are tax deductible.

Ahny Babbard Ahny and her husband are the parents of two adopted children. Ahny loves both children and animals working with a veterinarian. |

Bill Schreiner Bill is a passionate Christian who volunteers with multiple Christian organizations. He has a desire to see children placed in their forever families. |

Sally Beckley Mother of three and grandmother to five. Sally has worked as a director for a social service agency for many years. Sally serves as our Vice President. |
Carolyn Rober Carolyn is a mother of eight, six of whom she and her husband adopted internationally. She is a nurse who loves to care for others. |

Dan Osowski Dan is the spouse of the founder (it was his idea). In addition to their children, he is the grandfather of four. Dan is the "idea" guy and loves hosting and running our events, especially the golf outing. |
